Ingredients:
- 2 cucumbers (peeled)
- 5 sprigs of fresh basil
- 2 mint leaves
- 2 grapefruits (juiced)
- 1 cup of filtered cold water
- 1 tbsp. coconut sugar
- 1/4 rockmelon, chopped
Method:
- Combine and process all ingredients a food processor. Blend until completely smooth.
- Place a mesh strainer over a medium-sized bowl.
- Pour the juice mixture over the strainer into the bowl.
- Once finished, either serve immediately or refrigerate.
- Garnish with fresh mint.
